We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We kindly ask that you provide your order number or proof of purchase when contacting us, as this helps us process your request more quickly. Please note that certain products, such as hygiene-sensitive items or supplements, cannot be returned once opened for safety reasons.
If you wish to return an item, the first step is to contact us by email with your order details and reason for the return. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with return instructions. Items should be securely packaged and shipped using a trackable service. Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it within a few business days. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once this has been completed. Please keep in mind that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Orders can be canceled within two hours of being placed. After this window, orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery and can no longer be canceled. If your order has already been shipped, you are welcome to follow the return process described above.
