NovaPrime Shipping Policy

At Nova Prime, we know how important it is for you to receive your order quickly and reliably. That’s why we aim to make our shipping process as smooth and transparent as possible from start to finish.

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, so you don’t have to worry about any additional delivery costs at checkout, unless you want priority processing. We’re also working on expanding our shipping to more countries in the future.

Once you place your order, our team begins processing it within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before our daily cut-off time are usually processed the same day, while orders placed later will be handled on the next business day. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes around 5 to 12 business days, depending on your location. While we always aim to deliver within this timeframe, delays can sometimes happen due to factors outside our control, such as courier issues, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.

To ensure your package arrives safely, we work with trusted shipping partners. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.

If your order arrives damaged or something doesn’t seem right, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@try-novaprime.com and we’ll take care of it as quickly as possible. If your package appears to be lost in transit, don’t worry — reach out to us and we’ll work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate and find the best solution for you.

To avoid any delays or delivery issues, we kindly ask that you double-check your shipping details before completing your order. Nova Prime cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
